I've

1)Offered a contract double his current wage,200k sign on fee
2)Signed his recommended player
3)Made him captain(becuz of this at one point I was his fav personnel)

Twice he told the media he wants out, twice I've told him to stay, and twice he's given in. The team is still undefeated but still he won't sign the goddamn contract

Anyone with any tricks to deal wit this?

Perhaps give him a minimum release cause.

Needn't be too small, but it could be enough that he feels that if he plays well and a big club wants him enough he has the option.

I find 40-50m on a 10m rated player works wonders (scaled up or down appropriately).

As long as its a large enough ammount that you would still be reasonably happy if you do get that ammount for him, then that maybe will help?
