How do you end tutoring before the two players kill each other?

I do it by assinging other player on loan to feeder club or something similar. It does the trick.

if they have already fallen out and you got a news item about it, the link should already be cancelled. apart from that, i cant find a way to manually cancel a link, i've just had a look... unelss you can move one of them out on loan, then it will be cancelled.
