Signed a chap, Katza's his name, however he was granted a work permit but not eligible to play for me. Loaned him out to a french club, how long will it tajke before he can play for me? I don't really get this, thought if he was able to get a WP he'd be able to play...

Presuming your playing in the UK if he gets a WP he is eligible to play, just maybe he was ineligible for the first game for some reason, hard to say. If he doent have a WP you need to wait till he gets a french passport, look at his profile and it should say how lon until he gains citizenship.

i had this problem abit ago,

I sign 3 players totalling upto 13 mil and couldnt play them due to WP.

i managed to get 2 of them to play by offering them another contact, They will only sign the contact if they get a WP.

It's weird. He actually has the work permit but is still ineligible with no real explanation.

While you're here... what's all this PA business? I know it's the potential attributes but where do you locate it?

PA is potential ability. It's a rough indication of how good a player could get, as a value between 0 and 200. If you want to see it, you'll have to look in the editor (or download a separate scout tool to look at regens PA), but you shouldn't really see it, it's considered by many to be cheating.

What country are you playing in? Some countries like Spain for example require you to register players for competition before you can play them.

Maybe your trying to play him in a competition where he has already played in with the other team for example a european competition.
