Got Cheivo promoted to Serie A(Just lol), Anyway, Was waiting for the season expectations and was gonna buy/trade a few players with my TV rights money, that was until I was given a whopping 325k to avoid relegation lol, I'd be interested to see how much a team gets from going from the Championship into the Premeiership, betcha it's more than what I got to spend!
I don't think TV money in Italy is particularly great, certainly not compared to English standards.
If it's any consolation, I just brought Dumbarton from the Third Division to the SPL in consecutive seasons and was given £275k to avoid relegation. :eek:
Just get some freebies. There's usually some good 'uns floating around.
Gonna have to find some decent loan players etc, Can you imagine the Pre match questions, "So Chewin the Fat, Inter milan are coming to town, ho do you think you will do?"

TV money in Italy is negotiated at an individual club level. Unluck the in England were the Premier league do the deal with sky and then allocate the money to the clubs as they see fit!
I'll have to see if I can get the Chairman fired lol! I just hope I get some decent results and a bigger club comes along and makes me an offer.
Next time I start a new game, I'm gonna go as one of the big boys, betcha they get millions and no hassle!

the tv money in italy gets better if you are successful. in my 1st season at fiorentina i got something like £10m and now after winning 3 titles in a row i get £48.5m
That happens most of the time to newly promoted clubs. If they don't think you can avoid relegation than they won't give you money to go buy players because it will cause damage in the years to come when you get relegated again.
Just had AC milan buying some dude in the pre season for.......... 66 MILLION LOL
