I am encountering real difficulties with my home team newcastle united.
I just cant seem to hit it off with them despite them having financial backing and a good..ish set of players.

I have tried using a probing/possesion tactic which worked fantastically well when i was portsmouth, a 443 tactic and a 5 man midfield with an DM. None have had any sucess.

Martins and Owen normally hand in transfer requests at the end of the season so i will have to bare that in mind when i am spending. I have tried signing fernando Bellushci, Ever Banega which were a realtive sucess.

However one of my main problems was a centre back and right back. I have bought Zapata and felipe from Udinese both were terrible, o can never seem to find a decent right back either.

Any help with tactics, signings of just general tips would be much appreciated.
