And i fined him 2 weeks wages, for missing 2 sitters and got a rating of 5, i take poor performance very seriously and dont give a **** who it is, most will accept if they have a half a brain. Tevez is angry at the treatment of a player his calibre ;-) i will sell him off come january.

you could also slap him for being argentinean. dont be so harsh to your players, mate. i dont know his attitude but he was like god almighty in fm 05. 2 goals per game for the whole season.

I never fine players for a rating of 5. You might want to go to the press to express your dissatisfaction with him. If they have a good sense of professionalism, they will accept your criticism and look to improve.

Being "satisfied with conditions at the club" is related to low professionalism, I think, so criticising a player may not have an impact.Selling may be the best option before his poor performances affect his value.

Bearing in mind that 6 is the starting point, many players will revolt at being fined 2 weeks wages for a 5.

A warning is normally a good point to start for 5 rated performances.

Personally i think the OP is too harsh with his players. If you fine me with half month wage for rating 5 out of 10 i will tell you exactly what i think of you. So basically he is behaving nice and not arrogant

Outside of football he seems like a quiet sort of chap. However I have no idea what he was like in Argentina and he was sent off recently against Colombia for a petulant off the ball kick at an opposition player.

Any player who gets fined 2 weeks wages for a 5 rating, will get annoyed. For a 5 rating, you should at most issue them a warning or say to the press they are playing below par.

IRL he grew in one of the toughest neighbours, also an accident burned part of his head.
Dunno if arrogant, but Tevez aint chicken at all
