Because the injury is not beyond (far from, in fact) the realms of possibility, it's commendable that SI have included things like this.
Certainly adds a more "human" element to the game.
The don't just get injured in training.

You are presumably referring to career bench-warmer Richard Wright, who fell out of his loft and broke his arm or shoulder.
