Yes, I too have noticed that no International Managers seemed to get sacked. Even minnow nations dont seem to change manager often.

jeff roberts, are you fuilly patched? I get a news item after every international competition telling me which managers have left there post. England have had 4 managers on my game now.

2018 in my game and McClaren is still manager. England havent won any major tournaments but have done pretty well in them.

I am on my third season, Mclaren is still manager after winning the european championships but losing 5-0 to Germany in the final of the confedarations cup.
