but seriously, AI team members are uttar twats in combat. they have no idea how to take cover first time i played it i played for 3 hours straight and would have continued but for having to go to the football. but now i just cant get back into it, im on a mission hopping from one planet to the next searching for some lass and its boring my balls off. hope i can get back into it soon

I'm not even bothering with specific missions atm, just systematically going from one star system to the next exploring each planet.

Aye, the team AI is rubbish. I'm getting my ass handed to me on Novaria at the moment. Really hard.

I loved the galaxy map too. Was like WOW when i saw it .

I find myself exploring the map with soldiers to ensure i can take out any hostiles that i may encounter there and then returning later with specialists for the stuff that i need to do there.

Shooting space pirates with rockets from the mako so much fun.

Yeah, same here. Just using Ashley and Garrus all the time and then I come back with Tali if there's any stuff I need her electronics skill for.

i must admit, i really like Timeshift, just lent it to a mate for his COD4, but apart from pro evo, i will never spend hours on end playing anything else but Mass Effect. masterpiece. brings back memories of Knights of the Old Republic 1 & Mace Griffin.

and the galaxy map made my jaw drop too.

Seriously though. Only lasted me 14 hours, but the best 14 hours I've had gaming-wise in a long, long time.

However I didn't bother with any sidequest planets, as exploring is not my thing. I loved the story too much.

Apparently the next two games will continue the big choices you made through the first game. Which if pulled off correctly, will be pretty amazing.

Got any tips for Benezia at Novaria?

I'm really struggling. I'm trying to surpress the commando's bionic powers, which are working to a certain degree, but I'm getting killed in almost one hit if I make one wrong move.
