I was gonna say 'bugger - I've missed it' - but have noticed the mission has been iced. I take it due to bad weather - and do we have a new launch date as yet ?

Your guess is as good as mine

They need to work something out with the Russians. They launch theres on 7th i think, and Nasa doubt they can turn around Atlantis in time. They could make the Sept 13th deadline when the window closes but cant if the Russians dont agree to a night landing, or cut there mission short.

If they dont, the have a 2 day window in October but that would delay the December mission then.

Seems if Nasa really want a daylight launch, it could seriously delay the building of the ISS. Wonder if they might be tempted to launch at night?

The DVD is 12 hours long, so make sure you recover in less than that

Well half way on it way back to the facilities they decided in fact the weather is going to be ok after all and now its back (again) on the launch pad.
