4.04 ET which is 9.04pm our time
But depending on the results of the tests, they could change that. If they have to do a full test of all systems due to the lightning strike that takes 4 days. They are hoping that they may only need to test bits of the system tho.
They need to make a decision early hours of Monday morning at the latest, as they will need to come out of the 11 hour hold then

The lightning strike was also too powerful for the lighting protection system to handle, so would be amazed if there was no damage

NASA managers are meeting tonight to discuss whether or not to conduct additional tests to make sure a lightning strike Friday didn't cause any problems with the shuttle Atlantis' solid-fuel booster rockets. If such tests are ordered - and the booster project team is making that recommendation - launch could be delayed until the middle of the week, sources said this evening. But no final decisions have been made.
The lightning bolt hit Friday, pumping some 100,000 amps of current through the launch pad's lightning protection system. Lightning strikes typically generate 5,000 to 20,000 amps of current and the bolt Friday is one of the strongest on record at the Kennedy Space Center.

The Mission Management Team will meet again at 6 p.m. EDT Sunday, instead of 10 a.m. as previously scheduled. A news briefing on NASA TV will follow that meeting. No work will be done to preclude a launch attempt Monday, however the additional analysis time will most likely move the launch to Tuesday.
| If they have no data on the SRB to determine if its effected or not, i cant see how they can go ahead with launch. They would have to fully test it which would delay the launch further

Hurricane Ernesto could effect it too, with Tuesdays outcome not favourable. Means they could be forced to consider hauling Atlantis back to the protection of the Vehicle Assembly Building, meaning a large portion of the launch window will be taken up. They would have to negotiate with the Russians then when they can send it up

Mission managers have determined Shuttle Atlantis will not launch before Tuesday, Aug. 29. This delay is as a result of the lightning strike at the pad on Friday and the need for additional time for further analysis of the shuttle and ground systems. No damage to the vehicle or pad has been found at this time, but more time for analysis requires an additional launch delay.
