Well, kinda. It's a port of the GBA version from 2002-sih that was never released outside of Japan and it's dead cheap and out soon and that.
Proper English translation just like the original too.

Picked up the 42 Classics Pack
Absolutely brilliant
It's got a few different forms of Poker, Chess, Backgammon, etc.
Plus Darts, Bowling, Pool, Dominos, Mah Jong, Solitaire, Blackjack and a load of other games
fb - well worth the €30

I saw it on one of other sites it's got full english translation.
Only 4 cases though apparantly.

Oh - and they all use the Touch Technology - ie: to throw a dart you grab the dart on screen and then make a throwing/dragging action towards the board in the top screen - the speed of the drag and the path of the stylus determines where the dart goes

Play-Asia confirm it has.
And the case-per-pound ratio is better than the last one for most of us, just a shame there's no awesome Jap limited edition like the last time :/

i have been playing that 42 games for a few days now. Really simple games but great fun! Added bonus of online play is a neat touch. Always people online to play against no matter what game your playing
