Iaquinta done and dusted, isn't it? If so, he can play wide. I think you have some great options to play 4-2-3-1, but as the others have said, another wide man is needed for a 4-4-2 should that be the way you go. Quaresma would be interesting.

| I'm not sure about Iaquinta even in a 4-2-3-1. As you said, the right hand of a 4-3-3 would appear to be his most effective position. We'll play 4-4-2 anyway, Del Piero dislikes playing as a trequartista even more than he does playing on the left-wing.
