And why is it that you feel compelled to do so? If you bother reading the whole thread, you'll find that most of us (OTF Spurs fans) are just trying to discuss our club here, not take pot shots at other outfits. Maybe you get some odd pleasure out of spewing your bile, or maybe you're just trying to take revenge for something a Spurs supporter has done to you in the past, but I sincerely hope that's your first and last post in this thread.

Well said. PÃ*ss off back to your Southampton Thread.

Thing is, TotalRed is a Liverpool supporter (or at least I think he is); I don't know why he felt the need to "ally" himself with Matt - maybe it's just fashionable to bash Spurs. Nonetheless, while Matt is obviously trying to needle us a bit, TotalRed just comes off as a sanctimonious asshole.

Bleek - you have to hope. I didn't think we had a chance in hell of getting Morientes, but each of those players can be gotten if the board puts up.
Eto'o - i've told the story before, look in the $15m Eto'o page.
Viduka - I don't think he will leave unless Leeds are looking to sell. If Reid wasn't still manager then it would be another story and we would be able to pick him up.
Defoe - again, if bigger clubs make the offer they'd get him. But we can give him guarenteed first team football, and keep him in London. So it's worth a go.

You know the likes of West Ham and Celtic made offers for Campbell even though Barcelona, Inter, Arsenal etc were in for him. It's always worth a go, like Martin O'Neill said "i don't mind knockbacks". And we've had enough already so what's a few more.
Gudjohnsen - a lifelong Spurs fan who can't be too happy at being down the pecking order at Chelsea. Sure if Man U come in for him then they get him, but if no-one else makes an offer then we could easily have him.

I agree with that, but if we don't have the money, i've heard £8 million, others tell me £4 milliom, we can't afford to spend it all on one of these top strikers. We need to find someone cheap who can do the job until we find more money from somewhere, because there are other areas that also need strengthening.
IMO, we need to find other bargains like Davies and Therington.

I'm not going to get the away shirt, but i'll get the home shirt. I doubt they're changing the home shirt, because they are advertising money off last seasons 2nd and 3rd strips on the website.

In fact, i might go and order the home shirt now.

The Home shirt will change at the end of next season. They always change the shirts every 2 seasons. It used to alternate years for home and away, thats why i think they did the away shirt this year to get it back in alternate years. But i could be wrong.

I believe they change the away shirt more frequently. For example, they had 2 different adidas away tops in 2 years when they first swtiched to adidas (the navy/yellow one and then the navy/white one).

Was Hoddle manager of Chelsea when Tore Andre Flo played there?

Then he might go for Flonaldo..
