Don't get me wrong though i still think he would be a good addition to the squad.

I dont really know if Phillips and Keane would be a good partnership - sometimes you can't really predict whether certain players will hit it off.

I was just correcting that moron when he tried to make out he'd been sh*t for ages, was past it and now blows hot and cold.

I thought Larsson was going to a home country team after he left Celtic.

Anyway I doubt he'd prefer Spurs unless he has some previously undeclared love for north London.

Phillips would be o.k. but he's scored fewer goals than Teddy this season and however poor the team he's playing in is that's not the sort of record to get me doing backflips.

The board want to buy people with a resale value and Super Kev would not have that so unless he was really cheap he's probably not what they want.

To be honest, and at the risk of a great deal of scorn, I'd like to see Heskey arrive.

And Phil Neville. Honestly.

The strong rumours are that Hoddle list is Zamora, Dunn and Barry. Which would be interesting.

Firstly Fck you, as i assume i am the intended target for your pathetic insult....and if you mean by ages two seasons then yes that is ages especially in the career of a football player who only lasts in the top flight for around 10-12 seasons.

As someone said, Phillips would be an addition to the squad, i agree, i like him as a player but he is the wrong sort of player for spurs, he is not got a recent good track record, he is too much like keane, and altho i hadn;t thought of it, whoever mentioned the resale thing has bit the golden ticket, the board at spurs are b*stards and are only interested in hoarding the money rather then spending it on the team, and i don;t think phillips will have much resale value either

Erm - i can't be bothered with someone talking rubbish, i'm just
glad to see you look as if you have calmed down and are now trying to talk sense.

Me insulting you, WTF? i think you were the one responsible for that in your previous post.

Phillips is only like Keane in size, not a lot else.

By the way, if you're going to write Phillips off because he's not 'done anything for teo season" (which i've tried and tried to tell you this is wrong), then why haven't you answered my questions about Dugarry?

A player who is older than Phillips and has only just produced for Birmingham after a few seasons of doing virtually nothing.

To me...phillips and dugarry are in the same boat...niether of them have don anything....however it looks like we will be signing one of them

whatever to be honest, this is a rather pointless arguement as one of the two players will prob sign for us...so as far as i am concerned i am not talking rubbish, i am sure there are parts of it (or all of it) u don't agree with but i see points of urs but others i disagree with....

Who cares..as bleek_kiss said "yup the 'spurs-mid-table-season' has yet again got on people's nerves.." i think sums it up best for me probably

I agrre Dugarry has never done anything - apart from win a World Cup - but scoring 30 goals in the Premier League doesn't mean nothing in my book. However, he dsid that playing off a big man in Niall Quinn. If he joined Spurs, he'd be playing with Robbie Keane, and i can't see that partnership working. Maybe We'll have to sign Tore Flo as well

BTW, Keller was fvckin awesome today, and Dean Richards was injured again. Oh well, he's got the summer to recover.

Zamora and Dunn would be good, but to buy Barry we would have to sell Zeige and Etherington, or have three players fighting for one spot. I can't see that working.

I won't be too surprised if we didnt buy either philips or dugarry.. Spurs board are unpredictable..one min linking with someone and next they not splashing the cash..

Hey how come nobody thinking about Kanoute as one of the option.. I mean...why not have a black striker?? Les n Armo are gone.. Ledley and Gardner probably feeling out of place :p ke ke
