tbh i would prefer to have someone who is lazy but score 26 a season rather than another hard working striker (like cressie or healy) who run all day but struggle to get 10 in a season.

I guess you're right. Goals mean more than work rate.

Perhaps Healy is Lawrie Sanchez' Love Child, cause he doesnt seem to do the business for anyone other then him

Sanchez said himself that he wouldn't have any striker other than Healy.

Ridiculous how he was so poor for us and so great for NIreland

Bates is appealing the decision about the points. he wants an independent panel to decide. he has a point does the old goat.

I thought there was a document signed by both the league and the club, that they wouldn't appeal the decision?

Bates is saying that its only fair that they have an independent panel, like the premier league gets, as its pretty obvious that the teams in the football league arent going to want to give leeds any more advantage over there own team. not sure about the document, but Sky Sports has said he's appealing.

Im not getting my hopes up though.

surley the football league can just tell Bates if he doesn't like the rules he can say goodbye to his golden share and footballl league status

The league allowed Leeds into the league under special circumstances when they could have just said no to giving them league entry, Bates should be glad the league let Leeds in
