Dean Morgan to leeds with Nicholls returning to Luton

thanks god if this is going to happen, Morgan far too much of a big head ever to be a good footballer despite the fact he has talent, he only shows it when he feels he has something to prove to somebody and can't do it week in week out

Great deal if true - Nicholls is a complete bottler whilst Morgan would be astute in the Championship, nevermind League 1.

Na Morgan will want to be the centre of attention at all times and plays like a greedy kid in kids football who wont pass the football

his attitude is horrific, if Newell or Coppell couldn't sort his head out can't see how Wise will

It's truly tragic if we're trading Morgan for someone who is as consumate a professional as Nicholls is.

Or not.

Well, that's a far better attitude than Nicholls' at Leeds.

didn't Gordon sign for Chelsea last week?
That's what the rumours were but today we released a press statment saying as well as Chelea their were 2 other clubs.

Of course it's down to Gordon to where he goes, so it is probably going to be Chelsea anyway

I swear you are just trying to make us bite Mallen

Morgan centre of attention while at Leeds? As opposed to Nicholls who tried to be the centre of attention at Luton, while he was at Leeds

Thompson keen on Leeds switch

Former England international midfielder Alan Thompson could take a pay cut to join Leeds United this summer, according to his agent.

The 33-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Elland Road, and is considering returning to the Whites as they attempt to win promotion from League One at the first attempt.

Thompson's agent Tony McGill told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "The thing that matters most to Alan is enjoying his football.

"He was very happy at Leeds, and there's a chance he could go back there. It's early days but I've had a meeting with them and we'll see where it takes us.

"Obviously they can't pay him what he was on because they're a League One club, and if this was about money then Alan wouldn't be going to Leeds.

"But he's thought about that, and it's more important that he finds a club where he's happy."
some good news at last
