Top 5 -
The one where the 3 patients die
The musical episode
The one in season 3 with Polyphonic spree and Janitor becoming security guard
Turk and Carla's wedding.
The one with the focus on Ted, Todd and Jordan
for differing reasons

You won't regret it, it's basically the utter randomness of Scrubs mixed with the complicated, smart comedy of Arrested Development.
Well worth watching.

Very good list Ratinho. I'd have My Old Lady up in second, move a couple of others around, have His Story instead of My Philosophy, chuck My Interpretation in there somewhere (Amy Smart + Elliot in Turk's sex dreams + Janitor penis jokes :thup but yeah, it's scarily close to my own list.
Season 6 was average first time through, although I've yet to watch them all again like I have with all the other episodes, so I won't judge too much yet. Glad they're finishing it this season, because regardless of what you think of the quality of the writing the last two seasons, the fact is that they've had precious few places to go in terms of storyline - so many things have been done already.

Decent enough start last night, although comedy does seem to be on the wane nowadays.Good to see JD being a good father, too often on TV the Dad ****es off.

My Old Lady must have been the first time Jeff Buckley was used on TV - it's been totally overkilled now.

It's not Jeff Buckley's version.

'twas good. Looking forward to the rest of the season.
As for 30 Rock, I watched the first eight or so episodes and then gave up on it. It wasn't bad at all, but I didn't find it particularly great either. Baldwin ifb, but I really didn't find Morgan funny at all.
