Oh, and if I do create a network, does 1 pc have to be the server, which kind of controlles the whole network, then just add the other PC's to the network as clients? What happens on the client PC's when they have connected to the network?

Do i need to create a new network then? I just want the router to be shared betwee the 3pc's, not share files or printers? Do i just install the pci cards and router onto each PC and then access the internet using that specific modem, or do I have to create a home network for it?
No. if one pc acted as a server then it would have to be on all the time and i doubt you need one of your home pc's acting as a server (or do you?).
The router will handle pc connections to the network. once pc's are connected to network they can be used to access the internet and if you have run the network wizard then they will be able to see each other on the network allowing for files to be shared between them. </BLOCKQUOTE> </BLOCKQUOTE>
