very rarely gives me problems, although it was playing up 3 days ago. generally reliable.

nay problems with. not aware of a download limit (not i do download all that much). wouldn't want to use their browser, but obviously you can use what you want once connected. very occasional connection loss, but it does automatically log you back in. fwiw.

They do have an Indian call centre for support which can be a bit annoying as the line is usually quite quiet. We've had AOL at my parent's house which is in the sticks, so we only get a crappy connection. Always had this feeling that if we were with anyone except AOL it'd be quicker...

Weren't much kop for me but Orange turned out to be worse.
Only plus point is orange is only £5 a month

I've got AOL and they throttle your download speed if you download more than 10gb a month.

Although, apparently if you get AOL through the Carphonewarehouse at the moment you do get a free PS3!
