ok we all know what terrible starters we are, normally out of the title race before October. those first 9 fixtures aren't the most difficult though, all 3 promoted sides to play, 2 at home. if we're serious about challenging, we have to be aiming to be unbeaten through those games, to get a firm footing before the consecutive games against Everton and Arsenal.

The first 3 games are key. United have a p*ss easy start as usual. We have to aim for 9 points from our first three matches. If we get that we've got a great chance of pushing on. If not, we're already a few points down.
