Rumours are escalating now with lots of folk supposedely 'in the know' in the club stating its almost a done deal.
Basics are:
F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone and Renault chief Flavio Briatore are set to buy QPR for £25m. (Daily Mail, Times) Daily Mail The Times

Right next to the likes of the BBC studios, two tube stations within a few minutes walk. Yeah, I'd say so.

Two schools very close by as well. Pretty much what a property developer would see as a great location for flats. Supermarkets wouldn't mind it either I'm sure.
