Absolutely spot on about getting on sound financial footing, lets not run before we can walk!
I think we need to keep building the squad as we have been, bringing in players like Camp, Nardiello, Blackstock and Walton. Young promising players who don't cost a fortune, aren't on extortionate wages but can possibly make the step up in class to chase promotion rather than battle at the bottom and eventually be sold for a profit.
I hate us to do what Leicester have done and throw money and big wages at a mishmash of premiership hasbeens, random foreigners and unproven league players going for a premium because they are English. I'm not saying they won't do well as they might, but it's no way to build a conhesive team for the long term
