QPR boss Luigi De Canio will be without Dexter Blackstock for the trip as he begins a three-match suspension.

Michael Mancienne (hamstring) is also struggling, while Akos Buzsaky is striving to overcome a dead leg.
Ouch.

I think there was a collective cry of **** about 4.45 yesterday afternoon around Shepherds Bush.

That's 6pts dropped against fellow strugglers.
Not good and now leaves us a win (with a very hefty goal difference as well) away from safety.

Can't wait for the transfer window to open so that we can buy buy buy.

Just seen that our cup run is over before it has even started.

On the plus side, do we get to share gate receipts?

Yes but tbf money isn't really the issue for us currently.

Quite worried tbh. Hat to be a pessimist all the time, but mentioned a couple of weeks back that I'm not convinced on the floor football is the way to get up the league. Still not convinced. Comments like "they played physical and stopped our game" not great really. Should be quite clear what an away day at Blackpool means in terms of the football needed to get a result.

And we won't be the only ones looking to spend come January either. And Sinclair will be back at Chelsea along with Sahar (not that the latter neccersarily makes much odds).

Not panic stations ofc. But I'm not sure we are approaching this right, and that's another late goal conceeded (Coventry, Palace and another one iirc in recent games).

I’m pretty worried at the moment, although we are not playing as badly as at the start of the season we are not picking up anywhere near enough points and can’t seem to score! New manager syndrome is wearing off and we are still rooted in the relegation zone…

Admittedly we have not had the best luck (last minute goals, seemingly constantly hitting the woodwork, injuries to Cranie etc) but look how stringing together a few result has sent Sheffield Weds climbing up the table. If we had just held on for the win at Palace and draws with Blackpool and Coventry I’d be a lot happier…

I’m just concerned that most people seem to be assuming that we will buy a whole new team in January and be fine. Problem with that is what players will want to join us if we are cut adrift at the wrong end of the table? Even if we do get in a few good players, they will have to gel and that could take time leaving us scrapping away for the whole season.

Am still thinking most of our budget will be taken up by making Vine a permanent signing, and hopefully tempting Mancienne away from Chelsea. Plus Bus's move will take up cash.

Not really sure how much will be left after that? None of those three will come cheap.

From what I understand about the weekend, the conditions were the winner.
It was really windy and so the game would've suited our passing game rather than the long ball (esp if when playing against the wind).
Going forward is not a problem (providing we learn to hit the net not the woodwork), it's a couple of solid defenders we need.
Preferably not loans either but players who will be here for the long run and will learn to gel together.
Hopefully the chat about Mancienne signing actually bears some fruit.
