We lost Cranie, Nygaard and Mikele before half time to injuries.

Not the greatest of performances made into an ugly game by Coventry's complete lack of desire to put the ball on the deck.
Add in some awful decisions from the linesman in the second half against us and a Mancienne carrying a knock for most of the second half lead to us having a poor night at the office.

Coventry came at us with a big physical game and deserved their win.

Queens Park Rangers have suffered a blow after on-loan Portsmouth defender Martin Cranie broke his leg in Tuesday's 2-1 defeat at Coventry.
An X-ray confirmed that Cranie, 21, had fractured his fibula, and he has now returned to Pompey for treatment.

"It's similar to the injury Simon Walton sustained in pre-season," physio Paul Hunter told QPR's website.

The England Under-21 international had started six Championship games since moving to Loftus Road in October.

Rangers also lost Mikele Leigertwood and Marc Nygaard to injury in the same game.

Leigertwood will see a specialist after suffering a broken nose, while Nygaard will have a scan on a hamstring problem.
Ouch. Nygaard we can replace, the others? Hmmm.

Mancienne to CB, Timoska to RB or even Biggy to return.
Cranie was good, but Mancienne is just as capable in that position.
Nygaard not bothered.
Mikele is a broken nose, no reason why he won't be fit for the weekend.

That's true about Mikele.

Wtf has happened to marcus? Not even on the bench the last few games.

Not sure.
Last night we had only one defender on the bench in Timoska.
Ended up playing with a 5 man midfield so could be a tactical decision.

A 3-5-2 with Cranie, Mancienne plus one other would have been great

Chelsea got any other players we can borrow?

I only listened to the game last night on QPR World (Bradley Allens commentary is woeful!) but it sounds like Coventry were the better team, still gutted to lose to a injury time winner though!

I think Cranie is a big loss, the difference in our defensive record with and without was immense and i'm gutted for both him and us. Sounds liek Timoska had a decent game though.

Losing our 2 form players Cranie and Leggy in the first 30 mins was pretty difficult to cope with and when Nygard went off it meant we had no ability to make tactical subs and kill the game at the end like on Saturday.

Sounds like Sinclair showed a few glimpes of what he can do but was kept under wraps pretty well by Cov.

Millwall sign QPR defender Bignot

The 33-year-old becomes boss Kenny Jackett's sixth loan signing and goes into the Lions' squad for Saturday's FA Cup first round tie against Altrincham.

Millwall are without defenders Danny Senda, Richard Shaw and Andy Frampton through injury and Jackett wanted an experienced defender to cover for them.

Bignot has made just three appearances for Rangers this season, but has played 190 games for the west London club.
Bit baffled by that, given Cranie's injury. Biggie on his way out?
