\0/ .....oh.

We should join up with Brentford, flog their ground to a supermarket and create a super club that will be able to compete with Chelski.

What's the rules if you go into administration mid season?

10pts fine?
Ejected from league?
Or can we just set up a shell company and then sell the club back to ourselves and write off all the debt in one go?

Our old owner bought Stoke City for:

£3.5m shares
£9m (took on debt then paid it off)
£6m stadium, just purchased

Total: £18.5m

The land in London worth significantly more than a field in Stoke tbf. Club worth £25m on the back of that alone. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Regardless, I still don't believe that the club and its assets combined are worth £25m.

A flat in Shepherd's Bush is worth c£200k min.
You could build at least 100 flats on the land that Loftus road occupies...

Believe what you like tbh, not overly fussed. As discussed earlier in the thread, land in London close to the likes of the BBC and central tube stations is at a premium it's worth loads. I don't know exact figures, nor would I claim to, but to dismiss the figure out of hand and compare it to Stokes value is a bit silly.

No probs.
I'll just need a decent tent and a warm thermos of tomato soup every day.

Am I expected to pay as well?

I think Herman needs to apply to be in charge of all the cash at Loftus Road...even he can do a better job than the bunch of fools in charge at the moment!
