Saturday at Loftus Road - Gianni Paladini, QPR CEO outside telling everyone it was a done deal and being very happy.

Today...Antonio Calliendo, shareholder stating that the club 'is not for sale'... Link

Also rumours of him saying no more money will be invested into the club, we're screwed. :thdn:

Quote:
"...Queens Park Rangers chairman Gianni Paladini has warned that the club could be forced into administration if a rescue package is not agreed. The club need to pay a £1.3 million bill to the Inland Revenue by the end of the month, and Paladini is disappointed that talks with Renault Formula One team principal Flavio Briatore over a £30 million takeover have stalled.
"There is now a huge concern over the club's future," Paladini said. "Flavio has made it plain that if one decimal point moves on the agreed price, he doesn't want to know. There is no one else ready to step in."
Antonio Caliendo, the chairman of QPR Holdings Ltd, has denied that the club is up for sale
Telegaph

This comes up in most of the tabloids as well according to http://qprreport.blogspot.com/ - is it Paladini trying to force things through, or are things actually looking that bad? I really hope it's not the latter, but tbh am pretty ill-informed about the various machinations of your 'eccentric' owners...

QPR is worth £25m!? Are you having a laugh?

Our old owner bought Stoke City for:

£3.5m shares
£9m (took on debt then paid it off)
£6m stadium, just purchased

Total: £18.5m

The land in London worth significantly more than a field in Stoke tbf. Club worth £25m on the back of that alone.
