You need the last patch from SI, either from here or from a link via the forums on the fist page of this thread.
Then you have two main options. Straight data update, or Tapani. Tapani lets you change the start date to the most recent season, and also lets you make the AI harder if you wish. The choice is yours.
Full instructions on installation are on the aforementioned site. Some people have problems, but it tends to be because they haven't followed the instructions correctly etc.
Any probs, have a quick look through here (as a few problems have been sorted in the pages), on that forum, and if in doubt, post :thup:
