Yeah, my season is going downhill as well. 10 games in and 6th. Bossing europe but struggling in the league.

I can't get over how well I'm doing. Haven't played a proper long FM/CM game in a while and I don't remember being good.
I took over at VVV-Venlo in the Dutch Second division. All I was expected to do was improve the squad. I won promotion via the playoffs.
I'm about 2 months into my second season with them and we're doing well near the top of the eredivisie. Just had a credible 1-1 draw with Champions League runners up Ajax. :cool:

The bubble has well and truly bust for my Lyon team. Doing exceptionally well in Europe, but am 9th in the league and just keep drawing a whole bunch of games. Struggling to score despite having Gouvou, Baros, Kuyt, Cisse and Fred to chose from for two striking positions.
Adriano is unhappy as well, might buy him

bah, I've given up on Chelsea and started a game as Chesterfield :thup:
blatantly using a killer tactic and thus I should be invicible ffs, but I've just lost at home to Wycombe.
vying with QPR, Port Vale and Tranmere for the automatic promotion spots

Transformed Lyon by sticking N'Zobia on one wing/forward position and Cisse on the other. Three on the cente of the park.
18 matches unbeaten. Top of the league by three points.

lost the title to QPR because I was on the phone to my dad during the run-in and wasn't properly concentrating. still went up in 2nd place though, and I've got Tommy Mooney coming in for next season :thup:

Third time of asking, the mighty Lyon beat Barca on penalties after a pulsating 2-2 draw in the CL final. Also pick up the league title and the French cup. Lost the League cup final 1-0, but who cares really eh?
