It's probably a minor mistake, but I actually believe it is fixed especially Round 4 onwards.

Why is it drawn on a Monday afternoon instead of a Sunday evening like Rounds 2 and 3?

I often think it is drawn on a Sunday evening in a hotel and what is shown on a Monday is a video recording.

It seems to be rigged to let only the Big 4 win the FA cup.

1) how do you think they'd get away with it?
2) how the hell would rigging it help the big four?

Its pretty clearly 24. The youtube video on it focuses in, and thers no question that its not a 4 imo.
