Yeah, that's my problem. NTL have no intentions of making the package available so it's pointless going through them. So I'm going through the powers of where I live. Only it's a joke. The Estate Manager is there one day a week, so I've emailed London Head Office. 5 days ago. No response. Absolute joke.
