Wish we could edit posts... just wanted to add that it is important that all your trainees get training every week. Otherwise you're wasting a lot of potential to both improve your on pitch performance in the area you train and to get a little cash together to improve the areas that you aren't training.

Do friendlies and league matches matter in regards to training, i.e. a player playing in a league match developing quicker than in a friendly?

Slight problem, I totally forgot about the position playoffs for the OTF Cup and so arranged a friendly with someone else. I was going to say that my opponent could be awarded a 5-0 win but then I noticed that he didnt arrange any matchfor the last round anyway so...
If the manager of Souths Utd posts in here before Tuesday they can have a 5-0 win and I will play the return leg as normal, if not then we will just scrap the tie tie.

In regards to team attitude, i played today's match as match of the season. If I played that every week, would it lose its affect?

I believe every time you MOTS your team spirit halves in value and every time you PIC it increases by a third.

The higher your TS the better the team plays.
