MON FLORIDA, I've got Kevin Gregg as one of my new closers
you'll be happy to hear that I've climbed into 3rd today on the back of Carl Crawford, Magglio, Casey Blake, Ryan Garko, and Nick Markakis tonight. sweetness, if Gregg can get the win (\o/), I could go 2nd.

Comeback player of the year right now; he and Lilly have been pleasant surprises. Marshall looked pretty damn good on Wednesday, too, but then the Padres are a weak hitting team. Still don't know whether he can make it in the majors.
A nice end to a series in which the Cubbies scored a grand total of five runs, admittedly against an excellent Padres pitching staff. Still too many players panicking in pressure situations at the plate and trying to hit the ball a mile and a half. I expect that from Jacque Jones, but it seems to be contagious.
Cubs have scored 211 runs and allowed 184 and are 21-24 in a weak Central. White Sox have scored 178 and allowed 190 but are 23-20 in what is probably baseball's toughest division. This game makes no sense sometimes.

Rep Power: 0 | Yeah, they shouldn't be fired immediately. Instead the next time Hicks is attendance and hopefully the Yankees are the opponent the entire stadium should be nuked and the franchise restarted from scratch.
Can we make sure Young isn't in the stadium though?
