I start with the electric slide, before moving on to dealing the cards which should secure me the lady of my choice for the Lambada.

sob. then like just mess about with razor blades, starting carving things in my body, maybe take a tonne of painkillers or just pop on a dvd or summin.

Listen to music generally. Occasionally stick the tv on if there is something on that'll cheer me up.

Music, usually. Sometimes play a game. Loading up Resident Evil 4 and shooting the **** out of everything tends to lift the mood for a bit.
