Right. Start of the 3rd period the coach instructions were still up. Tried pressing everything and couldn't get it off. Eventually paused it, but had no pauses left, so had half a pause menu on the screen, and couldn't get that off either. WTF was I doing wrong? pressed everything.

Andy that game was class, gutted I couldn't hold on for the win and once it came to penalties I knew I was ****ed.
How do I score more? Miss so many shots, they appear to go straight at the keeper.

or deke using the skill stick like i was in the Ottawa game, if you deke the goalie moves so quick dekes and then get a quick shot off :thup: You were a different player in that game

do I aim with the left stick or the right stick?
Also, am I doing something wrong as whenever I am on the attack most of my team takes ages to get in the attacking zone, and I always end up outnumbered for ages

Aim with left.
Quite a few of your attacks came on quick breaks, but when playing if you press B it comes up in the bottom of the screen with the attacking set up, if you are on defend lead/conservative they will take longer to join the attack, best bet on getting more men in the zone is play passes across the ice to open it up then skate it in low.
Give it some practice and I'm sure you will find some good plays.
