The entire game you mean ? I doubt it very much. When in your 'latest points' screen at the bottom it days your score, the average and the highest, which you can click on. It's higher than 65.
Unless you mean 65 being highest on OTF. In which case, i dont know

Yep, that 62 is not updated. If you click on it and scroll down you'll see his score is actually 67 or something. Not added today's points yet.
Mine said "Points 65" - "Highest 62" so obviously not up to date yet
