there are no restrictions of foreign players in the USL. The Timbers have had New Zealand Internationals Gavin Wilkinson and Aaran Lines as well as T&T defender Brent Sancho in their side, Vancouver and Montreal have 5 or 6 Canadian Internationals between them, Seattle has that Cuban Galindo, Minnesota has Liberian International Johnny Menyongar and there's more I can't remember. For non-internationals, half of the Islanders squad is made up of Argies and Brazilians, like Mauricio Salles (who I believe just moved to Rochester), Juninho da Silva and Martin Zapata.

NEW YORK (AP) -- English Premier League leader Chelsea is aligning itself with the Los Angeles Galaxy and the Major League Soccer team's parent company, the Anschutz Entertainment Group.

Chelsea said in a statement Wednesday that it expects the alliance "will cover programs and exchanges on young players, medical and coaching."

Chelsea said it will be part of a tournament staged by hosting an MLS team every other year starting in 2007. The English club, closing in on its second straight Premier League title, is owned by Russian Roman Abramovich, who has spent lavishly to acquire star players.

Not really any good one's. Your best bet would be to lurk in the various team forums on bigsoccer.com or find individual team fansites, such as 3rd Degree for Dallas.
