Peking Duck is indeed one of the greatest Chinese dishes.
Don't mind a bit Siew Lok (Chinese style roast pork). Char Siew Pow isn't too bad.
I laugh when I look at some Western Chinese restaurants - Kung Pow Chicken, seriously did they make that up for the gweilos....

I dont actually know any dishes, or what I like best, which is weird because the few times I have liked it I've liked it waaaaaaaay more than Indian, and I go for Indian all the time. something's up
