| Nah - they used to have a link with someone inside the club from where they'd get info from 'as and when'.
If Secret Squirrel was still around, I'm sure he'd confirm it.

Tbh I've always been a fan of .com, it's quite unlike football clubs to have a site quite that dedicated and willing to poke fun at themselves as much as anyone else.
Us as Newcastle fans realise we're in relatively exciting times, there is a buzz around the club and it's fans which we've not had for quite a few seasons so I personally think for once it's alright for them to maybe go a tiny bit overboard. Certainly gives me something to talk about with all these bloody Arsenal fans at work! |

True Faith’s much better than .com. Has links to news articles, decent editorials and the fans voices are usually a good read.
.com just come across as bitter, constantly complaining about the state of the game. No wonder BG likes them so much.

Nah Neil, True Faith complain more than anyone, especially when it comes to FFS. Although I'll agree some of the stuff on there is certainly worth a read.

| They like me have seen it all before. Cynicism comes with age when you are a Newcastle supporter. Too many false dawns and empty promises.
How old are you Neil, btw and anyone else ? Not sure if I'm the oldest Mag on the board or not.

I think with Newcastle fans its better to judge who was in charge when they started supporting as opposed to age.
I'm a Bald Eagle man myself. |

Aye - he signed your cousin.
Arthur Cox was boss when I first started going regular back in late '81 IIRC.

Oh and I think Niall and Biffa go back further than me - to the days of Joe Harvey in the early 70's.

If we do get Deco i'll be chuffed. They have been very good on rumours recently, so I think they are pretty certain that he is coming.

It does concern me how they are desperate to get rid of him, has he had a bad seaosn in spain?
But the Deco I saw is ffffb, but looking like it would be a bit over crowded in CM so may need a mini clear out.
