I'm sure Fat Sam will have other targets in mind if Ben Haim does sign for Chelsea. Shame, but got to get on with things.

He's already in for Rozenhal and we're sniffing around Hypia (allegedly) so I think it's fair to say he's keeping his options open.

Do you think Taylor will be one of our first choice centre backs? I think he has done enough to warrant his place or will Sam buy 2 more and use them both as first choice defenders?

Taylor has done enough for me to earn a place, but perhaps Fat Sam will rotate the CB's, once he gets them in place. Guess we'll just have to see.

I'm predicting 1/4 final in the league cup and 11th place.

I'm gonna go for finishing 5th in the league and with a cup run that will finish at a semi-final.

If Roeder could do it two seasons ago then surely fat sam with no Bramble etc could do it.

I would wet myself to thinkwe could be top 5 but more likely is finnishing around the 6th / 7th mark.

Cup run wise I think we will get to two quater finals this year.

And I'm still back my horse (boom boom) of Barton to get the captains arm band.

Hopefully 2 or 3 more signings would be nice.

I would be suprised if Given isnt named as the new Captain. Would like to see Taylor or Butt given the nod should Shay be injured.
