This should be made the official TV buyers guide thread.

Anyone like to recommend me a good 26 inch TV for £500 or a 32 inch for £650? Not sure what my budget is yet but I will be getting one within the next few months.

There is a Goodmans 32 inch LCD TV in Comet for £450, it actually looks ok but I'm guessing that's a no go?

Ok while were posting in here I would like the following if somebody would like to shop for me...

- At least a 42" screen
- PC Connectivity (HDMI)?
- Wall mountable
- LCD or Plasma, dont mind
- As big a pixel definition as possible

Budget: £1400-£1500 (ideally not spending all of it)

They seem more expensive than on most websites, suppose it's worth it with the warranty? Any other places you know of offer 5 year warranties along with the TV?

Most dont offer free warranties (argos do till the 19th) but you have to take into account the warranty is worth about £150

Panasonic th42PX60 will be around £1000 or less seeing as you want wall mounting. I have the 37" and it is lovely, a top tv.

You can get it with a cabinet stand which is BEAUTIFUL for around £1000.

(gone down in price due to release of the newer model)
