Default The Wire Season 5 - The Best Show Ever
Season 5 is scheduled to begin Jan. 6, 2008 and season 4 was released on DVD this week.

The next month can't go fast enough to satiate my anticipation. Season 5 is expected to be about the media and hopefully will feature McNulty much more than he was featured in season 4.

Some short prequels have been released showing Prop Joe as a little boy, McNulty & Bunk back in 2000, and a young Omar back in 1985.

Enjoyed season 4 but was still the weakest out of all of them imo.

Nah, Season 4 was brilliant once you get over the fact it's not focussed mainly on the cops/criminals. Some of the **** in season 4 will break your heart.

Watching those prequel things now, young Prop Joe as awesome as I'd imagined he'd be
