I still think (hope) they have a big secret yet they haven't revealed. i think it has something to do with the name, that it actually stands for something. And when they reveal the name, the name will reveal a major feature noone else was expecting. Well, I hope so atleast.

Nintendo used the word Wii because it ( I think ) is a sound used around the world as means the same thing no matter what the language. I.e for the UK it is the sound for "WE".

Its Nintendo's marketing strategy that games are fun and should be played by everyone, trying to get some new gamers into the market.

Plus in the word Wii, the two i's stand for people playing together.....

As for the major secret...there is one - its something to do with the port or object on the front of the Wii, Nintendo have announced its there for a reason, but wont say what that is...
