i pray that ninty can actually get goldeneye for the vc. ive ehard conflicting reports.

some suggest because microsoft now owns rare than it won't be coming to vc, others say ninty owns the code/rights to goldeneye so it can but i also heard because the bond liscence has now changed hands that may effect it?

Yeah, there were rumours of RARE bringing Goldeneye to Xbox Live Arcade, but Nintendo own the game they couldnt. I think Nintendo own the code, but the Bond licence could be a problem

You're half right, the Bond licence is the problem. But its the 360s problem.

Rare, and thus Microsoft, own the code to Goldeneye but for a number of reasons aren't releasing it on XBLA. For the time being at least.

They say they don't want to put anything with a fairly big file size on XBLA, so 64-bit games are ruled out for the moment.

And then, obviously, EAs owning the Bond licence comes into play.

Your wrong (again) Wilson. Nintendo own the code to Goldeneye and not Rare as Rare were contracted out as a 2nd party developer by Nintendo to develop Goldeneye.
