I don't think the Wii will come out during or after November.
Alot of developers are/have scheduled their releases for September and October.Which gives you an indication of the period they are looking at to be releasing their games.
I think Nintendo could do a SEGA at TGS (Sept 22) and have their big conference and then tell everyone..."hey...Wii available now" :eek:

also, that price hasn;t been confirmed, from what ive read they have just said that it will be SUB $250 but haven't mentioned price of any other territories.

The only PS3 exclusives that attract me (if I'm remembering rightly) are Gran Turismo and Metal Gear Solid. the thing is, Splinter Cell and Project Gotham/Forza will do me fine so what's the point in buying one. Also, what's the point in spending £425 on a console just for 2 games? All in all, Wii + 360 for me.

| Some people have come up with a theory that Nintendo will sell the Wii at a high price in Japan because there is no competition from Microsoft's 360 and Sony's PS3 has all but commited console suicide over there with that price...thus Nintendo are free to price as they wish...as the competition is minimal to say the least. So the Japanese are going to suffer with having to pay a $50 premium.
Elsewhere I'd expect a much lower price then in Japan...I can definately see the US getting a $199 and Europe getting a €200 and the UK price at £130...
