Inter is in Group O. This year we may be trying our fifth championship, but I doubt that. Mainly because the squad is composed of far less than the 25 obligatory players; we have something like 16, and even that one of the players won't be able to attend because he was shot in the leg during his house robbery.

Last time we were champions was in 1998, and the player who most appeared of that team is Lúcio, now on Bayer Leverkusen.

This tournament has already revealed some very good players, such as Falcão, Casagrande, Zico, Dener, Djalminha, DenÃ*lson, Robinho and Diego, and many others. It's a real representation of which football level the players can achieve, so it's very interesting to follow.

Btw, good idea with the new thread. You could link it to last year's and put rundown of what it had too, would be a good increment to this thread.

Good football season to everyone.

He's back to La Coruña, but I don't think his 2002 headbutt will manage to give him a free-pass to the first team.

What can you tell me about Vasco? I was thinking about picking them as my Brazilian team to support.

Why don't we have a similar pre-season tournament in Europe? Then we could get rid of the Carling Cup.... . Come on Santos (my newly adopted team because they're the only ones that I really know any players from!)
