Can someone recommend a decent team for me to support in Brazil, not glory hunting, not shĂ*t, just a decent standard...

Otherwise I'll just support Santos. COME ON ROBINHO

Yes, he is. But he will probably leave the team after Copa Libertadores (around June/July).

Flamengo.

It's my favorite team and it's the favorite team of the Brazilians. We won the brazilian League 5 times (more than any other team) and we are from Rio de Janeiro.

GrĂȘmio is Internacinal's biggest rival. It's like if I said to a Milan supporter that I support Internazionale.

Seems a bit of a glory hunting team to have as your team from a certain country. I always hate it when people say one of the glasgow teams are their Scottish team, Ajax are their Dutch team, Real are their Spanish team, Milan are their Italian team, Fulham are their English team etc etc

Are you referring to Flamengo?

We (Flamengl) haven't won a Brazilian League form any years now. The lqast time was in 1992.

But you can support Juventude or SĂŁo Caetano that are decent teams and rarely win titles.

No Flamengo sound good, I didn't realise that they weren't winning them currently. So who are our main players?

EdĂ*lson, JĂșlio CĂ©sar (goalkeeper), Andrezinho (was in Brazil U-20 WC winning team this year) and Felipe. As you can, they are not international known players.

We finished in the 8th position in the Brazilian League in 2003.
