Just water. Two bottles on the walk home from town, then a couple of pints when i get in.
I cant do the whole eating after a night on the razz thing. If i do it just reappears the second after my head hit the pillow when i get home. Not good.
Off into town tonight for my 25th, cant see me havign a hangover tomorrow though. I feel rotten atm, coughing, sweating loads, arms and legs aching etc

i drink loads of water when i get in before bed, then something greasy the next day sorts the gut out

like others have said, 2 pints of water before bed! what time do you tend to go out? i don't like going out early, tend to go out around 9ish (which im doing tonight).

Yeah, eat and drink lots before bed in my experience, it soaks up/dilutes alcohol concentration.

Day off = whiskey
Work = relentless
Plus never eat or smoke too much, or too early otherwise it's game over.

8:45am start for sunday league footy! the fresh air sorts u out summit cronic then off down the boozer for a pint and back home for a sunday roast! heaven!
