I know this sounds disgusting and you probably think I'm being silly but having a poo in the morning normally takes the being sick feeling away, then drink some water.

ive stopped drinking traditional UK pub lagers and opt for things like becks vier (only 4 ingredients, so no shitty chemicals) which means i dont feel rough any more.
i have used re-hydration salts in the past which also help a lot, but still need to go back to bed for a bit afterwards.
Stop talking crap, you don't know what you're on about. Its the alcohol and staying up late that makes you feel like crap, the minute amount of stuff they put in beer wouldn't make you feel like crap. the only reason you may feel better is becuase you're only drinking 4% stuff all night. fagot.
The shittier the quality of booze, the worse the hangover can be.
Better distilled spirits are far more easier for your body to breakdown than those full of chemicals, the same is for beer.
It's this reason that I drink only a few pints and then move onto the good quality spirits.
it all makes sense now, every beer brewed under the germany purity laws are only 4%. so thats why ive never had a hangover when ive been in germany or the czech republic. thanks for clearing things up for me.
If you have time, a few pints is the best bet. I find that that will cancel the hangover rather than postpone it as other say. If that's not an option runny eggs and loads of water are good.
