A pint of water before I go to bed, then in the morning its a nice long shower followed by a mug of sweet coffee, a banana to replace potassium and a bar of dairy milk. Works about 80% of the time.

Never really get hangovers to be honest, if i have 3+ hours sleep I feel fine bar a little tiredness the next day unless I have completely overdid it.

in the morning or afternoon 2 slices of toast and tin tomatoes.
nb
put tomatoes in seperate bowl not on toast and use as required. can't stand soggy toast.
